We are looking for a compassionate RN to work Part-time at our 8 bed Hospice Facility.
12 hours per week 7pm to 7am every Sunday night.
Potential for this position to work into a Full-time position in the future.
We are the only non-profit Hospice organization in Fremont County, as a dedicated team of caring professionals committed to compassionate end-of-life care, we go the extra mile for each patient and their family members! Each team member is highly trained and passionate about providing excellent care and communication. We provide a multitude of services, acceptance of the dying process as a natural potentially fulfilling part of life while providing emotional, spiritual, social and material resources to support the dying, their families and friends. This year, We are celebrating our ten year anniversary of providing full services ranging from transportation and caregiver support to pain and symptom management.
In 2006 the residents of Fremont County approved a 1% capital sales tax to build our beautiful residential hospice home because the community saw a need for a local community group to care for residents of Fremont County. The home was the brain child of the late Mary Neil, her vision of providing a comfortable home like environment to individuals who may otherwise live alone and die alone. After the home was built, Help for Health established a full service. Medicare Certified hospice care program to provide hospice care to patients regardless of where the individual lives.
As we celebrate our ten-year anniversary, we know the residents of Fremont County profoundly benefit from our Tough Enough Cancer Fund that pays for non-medical expenses for people living with cancer. Many residents access our transportation van for mobility support when undergoing treatment, and a large number of people utilize our private-duty caregiving services. Transportation, financial assistance, private-duty caregiving services, hospice services in your home or in our facility, and grief and bereavement support and education allow us to serve as the “full-service” non-profit health care provider.
You have a choice when you need comprehensive health care services, Help for Health is community-focused and dedicated to all residents of Fremont County. Our goal is not to make a big profit, it is to provide the best service for fellow residents of Fremont County. There is a huge difference between for-profit and not-for-profit health care organizations: for-profit groups are focused on money, WE ARE FOCUSED ON PEOPLE.
We would love to provide care, information, and support and we invite you to attend one of our events or workshops, and if you are interested in volunteering or supporting our efforts financially, we need your help!
